2013 Victoria's Secret Fashion Show

Victoria's Secret Fashion show

The 2013 Victoria's Secret Fashion show airs on CBS on Tues Dec. 10, 2013.

So let's be real for a minute - Is there any fashion going on at this show?

Of course there is, but many men watch it to see almost naked women in lingerie.

Women that watch the 2013 fashion show on CBS to learn about the latest in lingerie and underwear offered by Victoria's Secret. Heterosexual men would probably prefer to see less lingerie and more nothing. This show has 40 of the world's most beautiful women walking down the runway into everyone's living room.

CBS loves to air this 'bras and panties' fashion show because it is a boon for ratings. Both men and women watch it for the reasons shared above, while CBS makes a killing in advertising revenue.

Model Doutzen Kroes gets nervous when she starts to think about wardrobe malfunctions at the 2013 Victoria's Secret Fashion show. Her musical friend, Rihanna, held her hand and it calmed her nerves before the big show.

South African model Candice Swanepoel admits that she's one lucky girl, but not because she will be wearing a $10 million Royal Fantasy bra by jeweler Mouawad. She's actually referring to the fact that her boyfriend makes her a grilled cheese sandwich and a cappacino every morning.

Another model, Lily Aldridge is quite excite about what she will be eating after the fashion show.

What Does Jean Carlo Think About the 2013 Victoria's Secret Fashion Show?

I think that CBS knows that sex sells. This is a perfect way for them to attract both men and women to their channel, and they are able to profit off of the ratings.

Fashion can and will take place at the 2013 Victoria's Secret Fashion show. This show is about lingerie, panties, and intimate pieces of underwear that make a woman feel good about her body.

It is very important for women to feel good about themselves, and if they are married, for men to feel good about their wives.

The World is Not Your Fashion Runway for Experimental Fashion

Experimental fashion outifts on runway

Ladies,
I have another fashion tip for you.

Don't model experimental runway outfits out in public. You will get talked about faster than Cher in a transvestite club, and that is no joke.

I am all about empowering women to be all they can be. Fashion does that. But trying to set a new trend can hurt your reputation if you are not fashion forward. "That is a fact, Jack." says, Uncle Si.

Instead of attempting to set new trends in public, employ fashion trends that are already proven. Be fashionable, yet do what you know works. If you are a model and get paid to walk down the runway, then by all means, wear experimental. I won't stop you. But then again, you are getting paid to wear experimental pieces.

Experimental Outfits are for Fashion Shows, Not the Night Club

Experimental outfits debuted in fashion shows are just that. They are testing how people react to certain fashion designs. It does not mean that it is ready for the public. Fashion shows are all about showing what we can do. Then, if there are rave reviews, an established brand or company may choose to sell said experimental fashion to the publc. At this point, it has made the transition from runway fashion to accepted fashion. Then, and only then, should one wear experimental fashion outfits.

As I said before, if you are a model - say Heidi Klum - who am I to stop you? I won't. But if your name has no star power to it, please do not try to walk out of the house with that upside down triangle on your upper torso.

Instead, I suggest you go to this established eBay fashion store with established brands and become the woman I know you can be.

Kiss you. Love you.

Jean Carlo
