2013 Victoria's Secret Fashion Show

Victoria's Secret Fashion show

The 2013 Victoria's Secret Fashion show airs on CBS on Tues Dec. 10, 2013.

So let's be real for a minute - Is there any fashion going on at this show?

Of course there is, but many men watch it to see almost naked women in lingerie.

Women that watch the 2013 fashion show on CBS to learn about the latest in lingerie and underwear offered by Victoria's Secret. Heterosexual men would probably prefer to see less lingerie and more nothing. This show has 40 of the world's most beautiful women walking down the runway into everyone's living room.

CBS loves to air this 'bras and panties' fashion show because it is a boon for ratings. Both men and women watch it for the reasons shared above, while CBS makes a killing in advertising revenue.

Model Doutzen Kroes gets nervous when she starts to think about wardrobe malfunctions at the 2013 Victoria's Secret Fashion show. Her musical friend, Rihanna, held her hand and it calmed her nerves before the big show.

South African model Candice Swanepoel admits that she's one lucky girl, but not because she will be wearing a $10 million Royal Fantasy bra by jeweler Mouawad. She's actually referring to the fact that her boyfriend makes her a grilled cheese sandwich and a cappacino every morning.

Another model, Lily Aldridge is quite excite about what she will be eating after the fashion show.

What Does Jean Carlo Think About the 2013 Victoria's Secret Fashion Show?

I think that CBS knows that sex sells. This is a perfect way for them to attract both men and women to their channel, and they are able to profit off of the ratings.

Fashion can and will take place at the 2013 Victoria's Secret Fashion show. This show is about lingerie, panties, and intimate pieces of underwear that make a woman feel good about her body.

It is very important for women to feel good about themselves, and if they are married, for men to feel good about their wives.

The World is Not Your Fashion Runway for Experimental Fashion

experimental outfits
Experimental fashion outifts on runway

Ladies,
I have another fashion tip for you.

Don't model experimental runway outfits out in public. You will get talked about faster than Cher in a transvestite club, and that is no joke.

I am all about empowering women to be all they can be. Fashion does that. But trying to set a new trend can hurt your reputation if you are not fashion forward. "That is a fact, Jack." says, Uncle Si.

Instead of attempting to set new trends in public, employ fashion trends that are already proven. Be fashionable, yet do what you know works. If you are a model and get paid to walk down the runway, then by all means, wear experimental. I won't stop you. But then again, you are getting paid to wear experimental pieces.

Experimental Outfits are for Fashion Shows, Not the Night Club

Experimental outfits debuted in fashion shows are just that. They are testing how people react to certain fashion designs. It does not mean that it is ready for the public. Fashion shows are all about showing what we can do. Then, if there are rave reviews, an established brand or company may choose to sell said experimental fashion to the publc. At this point, it has made the transition from runway fashion to accepted fashion. Then, and only then, should one wear experimental fashion outfits.

As I said before, if you are a model - say Heidi Klum - who am I to stop you? I won't. But if your name has no star power to it, please do not try to walk out of the house with that upside down triangle on your upper torso.

Instead, I suggest you go to this established eBay fashion store with established brands and become the woman I know you can be.

Kiss you. Love you.

Jean Carlo

Fashion is my 'Frenemy'

Red high heels do very little for her reputation

Fashion is my life. But don't take it for granted. One day, your outfit can be your best friend. The next day, it can be your worst enemy. Or worse yet, your frenemy.

So you could call me and fashion 'frenemies.' As long as she doesn't bite me in the butt, I am good.

Be kind to fashion. Fashion is like a cat. If you pet it softly, it purrs. But if you start to poke on its tummy, it will claw you.

Here is how you and fashion can be best friends, because you really don't want to be frenemies. That would be like watching the movie Mean Girls over a million times. I know, it never gets old, right?

The only good thing about a frenemy is that she will not leave you alone. She needs your money, she wants you to buy her another fashion accessory. She'll be there to bail you out, then make fun of you.

Don't Let Fashion Share Your Secret, Gold-Digger

Wrong. If fashion tells the world you are a gold-digger, than it has shared your secret with the world. That's right. Fashion has gossiped about you to that man you were wanting to date. Instead of coming off like a gold-digger, perhaps you should add a nice leopard print faux fur. I don't advocate real furs, but faux furs are a woman's best friend.

Now, always accessorize with a small purse. One you can carry in the palm of your hand. Black goes with anything. Don't pick out that gaudy one with the bedazzler beads on it. Tacky!

Ladies, please wear the right shoes. If you wear those ruby red slippers, you will look like Dorothy from the Wizard of Oz. I warned you. It doesn't do anything for your fashion.

There is one eBay store that I would recommend for all of your fashion needs. Go here now and get your fashion on.

Rules of Fashion: How to Avoid the Paparazzi and Look Good Doing It

fashion forward woman
Man and woman fashion couple

Hi. I am Jean Carlo. I am French and I am a clothier. Fashion and the clothes you wear says a lot about you. Learn some easy rules of fashion here.

10 Tips From Jean Carlo's Rules of Fashion:

1. Never wear socks with sandals or flip flops.
2. Never try to go against the grain by "starting a new trend" - this will hurt your fashion reputation.
3. Never wear a tie with a polo shirt.
4. Get fashionable outfits that fit true to your size.
5. Have suits and dress slacks altered if you change in size.
6. It is better to have one great looking outfit than 20 tacky ones.
7. Belt buckles should be aligned with ties.
8. Never wear holes in jeans (this is tacky).
9. You can buy inexpensive pieces that look luxurious and expensive.
10. Never wear a tie and a shirt that are the same color (this defeats the purpose of a tie).

These are just 10 of my fashion rules. I have many, many fashion rules, and I will share them all with you over time.

Now, please check out this fabulous ebay storefront to get some fashionable items at reasonable prices.

Paparazzi Troubles? Not if you Follow My Fashion Rules

If you find that you have committed the ultimate fashion faux pas, it can be easily corrected. Knowing the rules is the key to staying out of fashion trouble with the fashion police (being the paparazzi). If you are not being chased by the paparazzi, count yourself lucky.

If you want to be "fashion forward," as described by Heidi Klum of Project Runway, then be sure to check with your trusted fashion expert before going out in public with a new look.

I would be honored if you entrust me as your fashion advisor.

Sincerely,

Jean Carlo
